Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering & Quality Leader to oversee engineering and quality functions within their organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering and quality teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement quality systems and engineering processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize production.
  • Analyze data and utilize metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Basic Requirements

  • B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in manufacturing; at least 5 years in Engineering and/or Quality.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with querying databases and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
