A global professional services organization is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within its procurement function. This role focuses on analyzing operational metrics, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
Role Overview:
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to inform procurement strategies and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and performance trends.
- Create process maps to visualize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on deadlines and business impact.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data and collaborating with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred.
