Procurement Contracts Manager
A global professional services organization is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to oversee contract review, negotiation, and compliance processes across multiple categories. This role ensures timely execution of agreements, adherence to legal standards, and alignment with organizational policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing complex contracts in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
- Review, redline, and negotiate procurement-related agreements, including master service agreements, statements of work, and confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key milestones such as renewals and deliverables.
- Coordinate due diligence with internal teams, including security, risk, and compliance functions.
- Serve as a liaison between legal, finance, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Prepare summaries and reports on contract status and performance metrics for leadership.
- Assist in updating templates, clauses, and policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure proper storage and data protection for all contract documentation.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting procurement and contract management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in procurement.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with international regulations and risk management practices.
- Experience working in a global organization or professional services environment preferred.
