Currently, DSJ Global is partnered with a leading manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Manufacturing engineer will play a key role in supporting automated production systems. In this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

· Provide daily technical support for automated manufacturing equipment and systems.

· Diagnose and resolve downtime issues involving PLCs, sensors, and control systems.

· Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks and waste through process optimization.

· Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and safety.

· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

· Recommend and implement automation and tooling improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

· Design and implement tooling and process solutions using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

The Manufacturing Engineer should have:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).

· Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and systems.

· Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.

· Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
