Director of Supply Chain
A global, highly matrixed organization is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Leader responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain strategy across manufacturing, repair, logistics, and distribution.
This is a high-impact role focused on elevating procurement performance, delivering cost optimization, and building resilient, scalable supply chain operations across a global footprint. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic vision and execution, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global procurement team supporting critical supply chain functions
- Drive cost savings initiatives and improve working capital performance
- Shape and execute forward-looking sourcing strategies aligned with market trends and business priorities
- Lead complex negotiations and oversee high-value supplier partnerships and contracts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Director-level (or higher) leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in global sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Experience operating in complex organizations, with exposure to transformations or M&A highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable business outcomes
- Industry experience within electronics or advanced manufacturing strongly preferred
