🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow global key accounts within the Retail & Fashion sector.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and innovation teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead contract negotiations.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Travel internationally (~20%) to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in strategic account management, ideally within logistics or retail/fashion supply chains.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build trust at all levels.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Based in Germany, with flexibility on location.
