Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and qualify new customer opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across targeted industries and regions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and align solutions effectively.
- Deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with outside sales and technical teams to support customer requirements and close deals.
- Participate in occasional customer visits (10-20% travel) to strengthen relationships and drive business.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on pipeline activity, competitive insights, and customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales or business development experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and new business acquisition.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hunter mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and virtual).
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or specialty products markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
