Job Description:
As a Lead Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the development of system design concepts for cross-functional activities. Your role will involve ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders and developers to achieve optimal design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development of system design concepts for cross-functional activities.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and developers to align design concepts with customer needs.
- Participate in all stages of product development, including early phase pre-studies, system concept design, architecture, and functional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various technology teams and product owners to identify design concepts that meet customer requirements.
- Develop and manage vehicle functionality roadmaps for various programs.
- Understand the high-level functionality of applications or products from both technical and conceptual viewpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE/BSME) is required; a Master's degree (MSEE/MSME) or PhD is preferred, along with relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic hardware/software and supporting infrastructure architecture design and overall development.
- Familiarity with various automotive or related industry communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, LIN), standards, and tools.
- Experience working in a global or local organization with cross-functional interaction.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
