What You'll Do
As Vice President of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the presence in the mission critical sector. This position focuses on driving new business opportunities, cultivating strategic client relationships, and ensuring alignment between business development, preconstruction, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Market Development
    • Identify and pursue mission critical project opportunities through networking, industry engagement, and strategic partnerships.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with growth objectives.
  2. Value Proposition & Communication
    • Define and articulate our mission critical capabilities and differentiators.
    • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  3. Key Account Management
    • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to secure repeat business and expand market share.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Provide market intelligence to inform pricing strategies and resource planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development within the mission critical sector
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and managing strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, preconstruction planning, and operational execution for data centers
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
