Global Category Manager - BPO
One of the biggest FMCG companies are growing their procurement teams and looking for a Global Category Manager in Business Process Outsourcing. Within the company the procurement department is highly respected and so it gives you the chance to work in a company where you can really drive change and innovation in the Supply Chain.
This position is a greenfield role and so it gives you the opportunity to build the categories and strategies from scratch, again giving you the chance to add your own stamp to a company. The Role in particular:
- Responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing Category - mainly professional services and IT
- Define the procurement strategy on regional and global scopes
- Implement existing solutions while driving constant improvement
- Responsible on revenue and profit from all categories
- Forecast for product demand
- Leadership and management of teams and projects
Skills and Experience Required
- Key external and internal stakeholder management skills
- Result-Oriented - showing energy and drive to exceed targets
- Proven negotiator, with strong persuasion skills
- Has the ability to be a team player as well as working autonomously
- Fluent in English
