This excellent career opportunity concerns a European role that can be done remotely. A global utilities company is searching for a Business Excellence Manager for the implementation of a green field program in their offices and facilities. The position would be reporting to their Operations Head and would be a fantastic opportunity to deliver on an ambitious transformation program.
Your tasks
- Use principles to find efficiencies and identify opportunities provided by digitalisation in internal tasks
- Facilitate performance and strategy analysis and using it to further develop and adapt strategy roadmaps
- Work in projects concerning the development of new products and services offered by the organization to its end-clients
- Coach and develop team members, supporting their development at various strata of the organisation
- Gathering data, identifying opportunities for improvement and development of solutions within processes, driving efficiency and growth
- Develop KPIs and efficiency standards
Your profile
- Strong experience in CI/OPEX/BUSIEX, within utilities, service providers, financial services, IT or e-businesses
- Alternatively, experience with digital transitions or internal department-oriented programs (e.g. HR, Operations, Leadership) within a traditional business also very desirable
- Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Kanban backgrounds are of interest
- Track record of quantifiable performance improvement across functional areas.
- Fluent English, other European languages a great advantage
The position is flexible concerning location within Europe, 50% travel is to be expected.
