Category Manager - MRO/Technical Services
Job description:
We are supporting a leading manufacturing company who are currently in search of a Category Manager for MRO/Technical Services. The position has newly come about due to a successful business model which they are looking to continue by seeking high potential professionals to join their team.
The Role:
- Execute category strategy by managing agreements, supplier relationships and procurement processes
- Responsible for the financial, contractual and business performance of the Technical Services Category
- Pre-auditing supplier technical possibilities as well as quality standards
- Proactively leading group sourcing strategy, working across functions, regions, and manufacturing sites to understand and define business requirements.
The Person:
- Batchelor or Maters Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement pf technical services and production material
- Intercultural and international competence
- Experience in manufacturing
- English fluent, German B2 minimum
