As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead and plan projects to minimize costs in business areas while helping the world to be more sustainable. You will be working at a leading billion-dollar technology company that has a global presence in 150 countries and a vast network of partners. You will play a key role in implementing lean management systems into administrative departments like HR or finance to improve and optimize processes within the organization whilst making a positive impact on the environment.
The location of this position is flexible.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will:
- continuously improve processes within business areas such as HR and finance
- ensure an efficient and cost-reducing procedure and work closely with the Vice President of Operational Excellence (OpEx)
- lead and plan projects to minimize costs
The Continuous Improvement Manager has the following qualifications:
- several years of experience in Operational Excellence
- experience in implementing lean management methods in business areas
- strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to manage a large amount of data
- willingness to travel
