Corporate Material Planning Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning function for the company
- Regulate and execute planning strategy and direction including tools, processes, routines, roles, and responsibilities
- Manage and correlate both direct and indirect planning resources for optimal outcome
- Initiate and actively observe inventory performance related KPIs, working with the business to consistently improve
- Adjust planning as needed for company in relation to market conditions by analyzing data and creating reports highlighting key planning and supply chain activities
- Establish and maintain Min-Max Inventory Planning using inventory optimization tools and Oracle Inventory Management System
- Effectively use and update inventory planning tools to incorporate sourcing strategies and optimize inventory stocking levels
- Work directly with business units to support and consistently improve planning parameters, service levels, and inventory planning
- POC for business units for all inventory planning issues
- Coordinate cross-functional inventory planning and activities to support objectives
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain
- 7+ years experience in inventory planning role
- 7+ years experience with inventory optimization tool
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Supply Chain
- CPM, CPSM, ISM, APICS, or CSCP certifications preferred
- GAIN System and Oracle experience preferred
