The Customer Delivery Team Lead will be responsible for...
- Managing the fleeting of delivery vans to customers
- Co-ordination and planning the optimal use of the fleet within the EU
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through yours and your drivers interactions with the end customer
- Managing excellent productivity and quality by measuring KPIs
- Ensuring driver leadership and scheduling
- Reporting directly into the EU Director of Logistics to ensure efficient operation of the logistics strategy
The Customer Delivery Team Lead will bring with them...
- Relevant training or experience in the filed of logistics/shipping
- Significant experience in supply chain management, logistics, fleet, shipping, transport, OE
- Experience with customer interaction is a benefit
- Excellent team leadership skills; in an international environment is a benefit
- You have experience working with external providers in the field of logistics/3PL
- Fluent English and Italian required
