Our client is a market leader in the semiconductor industry providing some of the highest quality of electronic components to businesses. They are actively expanding their team, and is looking for a customer quality engineer to deliver great service to their key clients.
Customer Quality Engineer
- To be responsible for being the effective channel in handling customers' quality related issue
- To come up with effective solution in a timely manner to solve technical problems of customer failures
- To communicate with FA lab and/or other responsible engineering departments for failure analysis
- Responsible for customer Product Change Notices (PCN) requirements
- Responsible for customer specification & drawing reviews, consolidating Product Line / Manufacturing site responses and communication of final review results to customers.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics, Communication Engineering, or equivalence
- 4+ years of experience with CMOS and IC applications
- Solid electronic component background (understanding of product development, applications support in variety of area, troubleshooting board-level)
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot for hardware/ software is a huge advantage
- Automotive Customer Quality experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Business level of Korean and English speaking ability
