The Supply & Demand Planning Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement methodologies to support finish/non finished goods planning
- Develop effective EOQ Planner for cost effective raw material planning and procurement
- Drive cost savings by developing planning tools to ensure maximization of cost and availability
- Support the implementation of planning methods for increased velocity and reduction of inventory
- Provide leadership to direct/in direct teams that support finished/non finished goods planning
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, & IT to maximize demand/supply availability
The Supply & Demand Planning Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, procurement, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain
- Extensive knowledge of Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, tools, and systems
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
