Responsibilities
- Lead inbound to outbound operations of a team of managers, supervisors, and 100-300 employees in the warehouses
- Responsible for the safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the shift.
- Perform supervision duties in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Responsibility for achieving and exceeding operational and business goals
- Strategic planning and forecasting, evaluate operational performance, reward and discipline employees, optimize operational processes
- Coach, train, and develop to promote career development and growth of employees
- Ability to develop and share best practices in shifts and networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years distribution
- Able to handle the priority of pressure changes and make good judgments under high pressure
- Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and/or night shifts
- The environment will have variable levels of noise, lighting, and temperature
