Job Responsibilities:
- Create a compelling roadmap, and support in driving key product categories within the organization
- Take responsibility as Senior leader for the Business Unit in the Shenzhen facility, and work closely with other BU leaders for key activities and demonstrations
- Critical responsibility to develop a clear game plan for the new (audio) product lines.
- Being at the forefront of technological trends and implications.
- Strong P&L skills. Can develop an ROI business case with total confidence. Good judgement skills in determining the balance of what we specify with what we get in financial return.
- Have an international perspective that looks for creative ways to explore new growth opportunities, make meaningful rapid growth breakthroughs with our global portfolio.
- Connect well with our regional commercial colleagues. Be responsive to their needs and provide information to them that is immediately useful.
- Connect well with Program management and global engineering teams making sure that the required product concept gets turned into actual detailed product requirement document.
- Master the entire lifecycle process to make sure initial product creation milestones happen on time to enable successful product launches in appropriate regional Introduction windows.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience, preferably in the Consumer Audio product business.
- Strong project management skills, including mastering product life cycle: product management and product planning experience.
- Good International commercial track record.
- Experience in successfully driving global activity.
- Good understanding of ROI and P&L implications. Good judgment.
- Proven track record as Innovator
- Strong Technical competence to influence and maximize Product decisions.
