District Manager ($1bn+ Hyper-Growth Company!)

An exciting and exploding E-commerce Retailer is looking to hire a new Regional Operations Manager to join the Regional Leadership team and help develop and evolve its offering to its customers across the US. This role takes responsibility for bridging the gap between HQ and the Field teams, whilst managing multiple warehouses in the region, ensuring these facilities are performing and meeting/exceeding targets. Together with a very attractive bonus, the business is also offering equity in their organization!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports
- Train and coach employees across the warehouses to continue to improve day-to-day operations
- Monitor, track and analyze daily metrics and KPIs in the warehouses
- Promote a continuous improvement culture with best practice forever evolving
- Oversee and develop upward reporting to ensure management is synced up with the field on daily, weekly and monthly data
- Gather and use the information to execute data-driven initiatives
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in an analytical subject)
- 5+ years Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage large onboarding programs to train & onboard high performing employees
- Strong process improvement & cost saving accomplishments
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
