KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support your territory team of local Site Leads in their daily efforts to ensure that we have the proper direction for managing day-to-day operations
- Drive creation, execution, and adoption of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan
- Fanatically drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order

- Coach and develop team members in your sites to continue to improve while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of operations
- Own building safety and compliance initiatives
- Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, IT and other business leaders) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives
- Actively seeks solutions and provides trends & feedback to the operations manager and senior management team to drive technology and operational improvements; interface effectively with internal development teams and service owners
- Assist in the launch of new sites and verticals within your territory
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, supply chain, retail or distribution environment
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean methodology
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
- Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Leadership and management experience required of multi-location teams
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Must be willing to travel at least 90% of the time
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or Military equivalent of 0-3 or greater
