Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS Policies and Procedures
- Provide guidance and coaching to all functional and people leaders on site to ensure their functions and teams comply to site EHS Policies and Procedures
- Provide input and advise to the Site Leadership Team during the annual site development process
- Mentoring and coaching all shift managers, site associate and contractors to understand EHS priorities, procedures and to perform their routine to align with management system
- Ensure that a robust and highly effective safety committee is managed on site to meet or exceed local government regulatory requirements
- Communicating and collaborating with departments as well as internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in safety and health environment
- Strong project management skills
- Pro-active, accountable, self-motivated, results focused, hands-on,
- Self-starter and ability to make and execute decisions
