Responsibilities
- Continuous further development of the market offer / services
- Identification and establishment of business relationships with target customers
- Development of a required pipeline volume and quality
- Identification and addressing of potential new customers through the use of various sales channels, as well as further development and expansion of existing customers
- Advising customers, developing concepts for outsourcing and further developing service and offerings in line with market requirements / market changes
- Generation of tenders, checking for processing relevance and guiding customers through the tendering process
- Analysis of the buying centres and development of USP for the offers in close cooperation with Solution Design Managers and Real Estate Research
- Management of sales processes from initial contact to conclusion, as well as support of contract discussions with customers
Requirements
- Ideally, a degree in logistics or comparable studies / training
- 5+ years of experience in the target industry in the field of purchasing, supply chain management, eCommerce or at a logistics service provider with a relevant market share in the target industry
- Good knowledge of the German contract logistics market and eCommerce Logistics
- Sales experiences and open, positive communication, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Mobility and willingness to travel within Germany
- High motivation and a strong team spirit
