Our client, a leading player in the Chemicals sector, is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager - Mining to join their team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of mining-related goods and services on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for mining-related goods and services
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
