Head of Logistics will be responsible for:
- Overlook and ensure correct execution of operations including Inbound/outbound transport and warehouses
- Manage direct and indirect team, responsible for team development and maintain KPI
- Ensure resources are available to meet customer requirements
- Responsible of budgeting
- Accountability for customer services measures and optimisation of the processes in order to deliver first class service
- Manage relationship with logistics service providers
Head of Logistics should:
- Have previous experience in FMCG or similar industry and role
- Be passionate about improving processes efficiency and people management
- Have excellent communication skills - with proven leadership ability
- Be solution-oriented professional - with proven experience in problem solving
- Strive for excellence and deliver outstanding results
- Fluent Italian and English speaker
