Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the entire supply chain area including sales support, warehouse management and purchasing
- Initiation of increasing efficiency, realisation of savings potential as well as continuous improvement and control of processes and procedures in the supply chain area
- Work closely with individual departments to accurately determine optimal order quantities, taking into account expected demand, seasonal fluctuations, historical metrics and business goals
- Taking over all preparatory activities in connection with capacity, replenishment and change planning, planning implementation, inventory management and further development of implemented supply chain models
- Further development of simplification, standardisation, digitisation and flexibilization of the supply chain in order to optimise throughput times and improve inventory turnover
- Optimisation of warehouse performance
- Coordination of supply chain processes with corporate strategy
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E2E supply chain
- Leadership skills to manage a team of 6 direct reports and 30 indirect reports
- Experience in the following industries are well regarded: consumer electronics, health, automotive, architecture
- Confidence to command the respect of the team
- Willing to work on site at least 3 days a week
- IT experience; digitisation and implementation of software
- Fluent English and French
