We are currently recruiting for an exciting position as a HS & E Manager responsible for Western Europe for a world renowned FMCG company. The company is currently transforming their H&S program and offer great challenges and interesting projects at various levels of the organisation. The role would be based in Switzerland and would entail:
- Creation, introduction, implementation, evaluation and editing of H&S programs, initiatives and processes within the Western European supply chain for the company
- Assist coordination, implementation and certification according to standards such as ISO 45001.
- Guidance and development of HS professionals across the region, cooperation with local and country leadership and functions
- Reporting and assessment of implementation of group H&S strategy, development and adaptation according to local needs
Previous relevant experience:
- HSE or EHS management experience on a country or regional level
- Track record of successful implementation of H&S strategy on a multi-site basis
- Solid training experience for audiences at various levels of an organisation
- Statistical analysis skills
- NEBOSH or FaSi or other Health and Safety qualifications
- Fluent English, other European languages an advantage
