Responsibilities:
Category management
o Implement the short and medium-term purchasing strategy, aligning it with Group Strategy
o Manage purchasing process - negotiations, contract formation
o Lead, and contribute to, global level initiatives
Business partner:
o Develop relationships with stakeholders
o Analyze needs and implement the associated purchasing strategy
o Lead and support the network of internal customers
Supplier Panel
o Structure, manage, animate the supplier panel
o Manage supplier relationships
o Manage supplier performance: SRM, monitoring contractual commitments
Financial Performance
o Ensure optimization of intellectual services in terms of cost, deadlines, quality during negotiations
o Identify and propose economic levers that will allow costs to be optimized o Lead calculating, monitoring and negotiating discounts
o Report and monitor financial performance
Market knowledge
o Bring value to internal customers and adapt purchasing strategies to changes in the market
