An automotive company is seeking a Key Account Manager to be a new addition to the team, with a full remote working option. They are the leading delivery platform for parcel shipping, they are a very young company and they already have a large market share and projecting to overtake the market! The company trusts their colleagues to have full responsibility and to implement new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- You will look after the main existing B2B customers
- You will help build and further a trusting relationship and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- You will develop and present business plans and reviews to expand a customer relationship in strategic manner
- You will understand the business model, challenges and needs of a customer and derive individual solutions
Skills and Experience Required:
- Work experience in logistics provider industry
- Work experience in Account management - minimum of 3 years
- Fluent in German - C1 Minimum
The ideal candidate will like to solve challenging and complex problems through creative and innovative approaches in automotive industry. The ideal candidate will also have excellent team and social skills; assertiveness, strength in networked thinking and independent work.
