Logistics & Business Process Director
A global leading consumer company are in the process of going through an end-to-end supply chain transformation and is currently seeking an experience Logistics & Business Process director to be the interface between IT & Supply Chain.
The organisation have full backing of this project and is looking for someone to spearhead the changes to systems, processes and tools. They are a multinational company who employ over 30,000 people globally.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the VP of Business Services - Supply Chain.
- Drive transformation of comprehensive solutions (policy, process , system, service offering and measurement) for logistics execution.
- Develop and maintain a three-five year strategic road-map for logistics
- Manage the portfolio for logistics area
- Ensure stakeholder perspectives and strategic priorities are aligned and approved
- Managing a team of 11 direct reports
Skills and Experience Required
- 12+ years professional experience within IT/ GBS with a focus on integrated supply chain
- Solid business experience within FMCG
- At least 8 year's experience in leading bigger teams of BPMs and BPAs
- 8+ years working experience in a consultancy or Client Account Management environment
- Strong influential skills with the ability to work manage strategic and operational tasks.
- Experience in data migration, project management and Power BI is appreciated.
