DSJ Global is partnered with an industry-leading, global manufacturing organization to bring on a Logistics Systems & Analytics Manager to lead operations and execution of process improvements for transportation and logistics functions, specifically related to maintaining logistics systems and database for improvement projects, business intelligence, cost savings initiatives, and metrics for productivity. The right individual will have strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, understanding of technology and systems, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Manager Requirements and Duties:
- Lead global implementation and adoptions of logistics systems for the organization
- Management and leadership of five direct reports and driving a high-performance team
- Support of 200+ manufacturing sites and management of $400MM spend and multiple trade lanes
- Development of logistics KPI's and metrics to drive savings, cost and capacity management, and vendor management
- Drive continuous improvement mindset and initiatives regarding systems and technologies
- Leadership on Logistics processes and management tools for processes
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across different business units, providing cross-functional logistics support
- Intermediary and primary individual between the Logistics Organization and Corporate IT
Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Finance, Business Information Systems, or relevant discipline
- 10+ years of experience within Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation
- Experience managing spend budgets totaling at minimum of $150MM
- Strong knowledge and experience with integrated TMS (Oracle experience a plus)
- Proven experience with logistics/transportation data analytics and/or program management (development of BI platforms and analytics experience given preference)
- Ability to lead and develop individuals and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of an organization
