Job Description:
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing their assigned Maintenance Team and ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with company guidelines and standards
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5-10 direct reports
- Delegate work to maintenance team members
- Ensure all work done by their team members is up to quality and competition standards
- Ensure proper functionality of company equipment
- Ensure all work done by their team is done safely and efficiently
- Streamline communication between maintenance teams and properly communicate the needs of their department to supervision
- Ordering parts and materials as needed
- Assist in project planning
Requirements
- 3-5 years in the Maintenance Field. Food/Beverage experience is a plus
- Must have experience working with a CMMS System
- Be able to efficiently and effectively lead a team
- Think critically and posses problem solving skills
- Ability to preform all physical demands associated with Maintenance work
- Work overtime and off shift hours as requested
- Must be able to take charge and lead team with minimal hands on coaching and direction
- Mush have experience in a Maintenance environment
- Must have experience managing maintenance projects
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Must have experience assigning and overseeing tasks
- Must have great organisational skills
- Must be able to successfully delegate, assign and oversee the completion of tasks or projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a USDA inspected meat processing facility
- Experience running a maintenance team
- Experience working with vendors
Compensation and Benefits
- 70-80k +bonus
