Manufacturing Project Manager
- Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers, upper management and customers with clarity
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
- Ability to influence and work alongside cross functional teams including technical decision makers
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation, planning, master scheduling and program management
- Work independently in fast paced environment
- Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; Oracle and Agile preferred
- Bachelor degree in Business, Project Management or Engineering
- Prefer a candidate that has experience across several operational disciplines in a contract manufacturing environment. Candidate will possess extensive experience in a minimum of two skills in the following areas: procurement, planning, production management, master scheduling, factory engineering, logistics and program management.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of contract manufacturing environment and Bill of Material management
