A Fortune 100 Pharmaceuticals company in Columbus, OH is looking for an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team.
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance & troubleshooting experience with liquid processing equipment
- Experience in GMP/FDA environment
- Knowledge of capping, bottling, and/or packaging equipment and systems
- Experience as a supervisor or team lead
Responsibilities
- Successfully perform all PM's, Certifications, and Calibrations on the fillers and ancillary equipment
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and operators
- Hands-on supervisory duties on production lines dealing with various manufacturing equipment including Fillers, Cappers/Sealers, Labelers/Sleevers, Coders, Packaging, Palletizers, and more
- Manage continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and waste
- 3rd shift schedule from 6 pm-6:30 AM (every other weekend off + overtime offered)
