DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Plastics Company seeking an experienced Injection Molding Operations Manager to help lead their Lincoln, NE location. This role needs a confident Manager who would be responsible for assuring overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in support of correct mold maintenance procedures
- Work closely with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and molds.
- Perform troubleshooting activities on molds and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Create a sustainable training process specifically designed for mold assembly and maintenance
- Organize and maintain good documentation on tooling revisions.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in tooling design and maintenance with a focus on injection molding
- Working knowledge of tooling materials and the manufacturing process for molds is required
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience leading and supporting manufacturing teams is preferred
