This leading Home Building Company is looking for a results-driven and motivated individual who can help the Manufacturing team continue to grow in their Pittsburgh, PA area facility. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Spearheading plant operations and procedures in the direction of the company's business goals in terms of productivity, quality, and other areas
- Pinpoint areas that need improvement and implement initiatives to achieve company objectives
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as materials, logistics, and customer service
- Work alongside field and production employees to ensure maximum efficiency
The Operations Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred)
- MBA (optional)
- Strong problem solving and strategic-thinking skills
- 1-3 years of leadership in a Manufacturing setting
- Ability to spearhead improvement initiatives within the organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to set priorities when working in an environment where deadlines will need to be met
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed
