I'm supporting a fast-growing international family-owned Swiss Phamra organisation with an expansion project.
Currently they are seeking an NPI Procurement manager responsible for defining the exciting new product vision, creating road-maps and ensuring execution. As well as the full purchase management, including packaging components and marketing material. You will be working closely with the MD, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to align on the best strategy to suit business needs.
They are seeking an English & German speaking candidate, able to demonstrate an understanding of the product development and manufacturing process in a regulated industry, with proven experience in NPI procurement.
