SUMMARY
DSJ is currently partnered with a unionized multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company who are now searching for an Operation Shift Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring plant compliance with regulatory agencies, providing troubleshooting for equipment and placing requests, and be a site leader for weekends and off shifts.
Operations Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Issue any permits needed and inspect for possible maintenance
- Serve as Incident Commander when needed
- Properly train and qualify employees for assignments
- Approve mechanics and operators for time worked din KRONOS system
Operations Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Maintenance Management, or related field
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in MANUFACTURING setting
- TPM and LEAN certifications are a PLUS
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, EPA, and OSHA
- First Responder and Incident Commander qualified or certified OR has ability to become certified
- Strong motivator and leader
