What You'll Do:
- Create and meet KPIs, metrics, and productivity standards
- Be conscious of quality, production, cost, and safety across the warehouse
- Hire Team Leads and Associates
- Communicate cross-functionally with other teams in the company
- Create and fulfill, and observe continuous improvement processes
- Oversee overall productivity of department and workflow
- Be the primary point of contact for a team of Associates and Team Leads
- Lead teams and manage a large staff on-site
- Enforce safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
What You Need:
- 5+ years experience leading people and teams
- Capable of making decisions independently
- Ability to work flex shifts, hours, nights, and weekends as business dictates
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid computer skills across software, and Microsoft Office, and any tools needed to run a warehouse
- Forward-thinkers who can articulate ways to improve processes and diagnose challenges
- Ability to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
