* Import and export trading company experience.
* Interested and familiar with simple financial role (i.e. information recording, etc.)
* Familiar with international trade professional knowledge, familiar with international trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations.
* Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
* Have strong attention to detail. Be self-auditing and have high quality standards.
* Negotiation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Contract preparing
* Instruction / LC issuing
* LC negotiation and export documentation preparation - all origins and destinations
* Internal report required by HQ and external reporting requirement.
* Coordinate with different Banks and operation team in HQ.
* Organize for all export documents within a specific deadline.
