Ideal candidate:
-Be able to lead a team of 15+ in a high paced, high volume work environment
-Act as the team lead and maintain compliance, consistency and taking necessary actions when needed
-Use of software to ensure proper inventory flow
-Meet KPI metrics and keep high efficiency in the warehouse
-Strong communication with upper management to maintain continual improvement (i.e. employee performance, stock levels, etc.)
-Maximize productivity and optimize employee work-flow
-Ensure equipment is properly maintained
-Make critical decisions with other stakeholders in the warehouse
-Train new staff
-Must have working knowledge of inventory management software
-Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
-Provide business solutions
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment
-Ability to lift 40lbs
