This innovative, fast growing building materials company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team! This role will be based out of a plant in Prince George, Virginia and will lead a team to achieve plant goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can foster a positive and safe work environment for all team members
Responsibilities for the Operations Supervisor:
- Ensure a productive working relationship with hourly production team members
- Manage production and schedule requirements for assigned departments
- Support plant leadership and plant maintenance to ensure production efficiencies
- Determine appropriate hiring needs of the department
Qualifications for the Operations Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
