Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations including EHS, production, quality, engineering, planning & logistics, technical, human resources and Finance.
- Take responsibility and accountability for growing the business and meeting agreed targets, delivery of plant KPIs in Quality, Service and Cost.
- Lead and develop functional teams to achieve business goals. Listen but also provide guidance and directions.
- To liaise with distribution centers, marketing, and supply services to manage delivery, NPD, volume prioritization and quality concerns.
- Put forward proposals for site future development and strategy as part of site masterplan including new innovative solutions and digitalization of site operations.
- To contribute to the establishment, implementation, and improvement of international standards such as ISO14001 environmental, ISO 45001 health and safety management systems and internal SQRC standards.
- Drive engagement and build a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, industrial, business or related discipline.
- Fluent in English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least fifteen years' progressive experience in working in an international, multi-cultural environment within the supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large and cross functional teams and projects through carrier development. Minimum 5 years' experience in managing teams and people managers.
- Ability to influence people at different levels of organization.
- Great managerial, organizational skills including high agility for results, people and objectives.
- Experience with EHS and QMS.
- Good at government relations.
