A leading Medical Device corporation is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects for their Long Island, NY facility. The ideal candidate will organize and lead continuous improvement projects on different areas of company business processes.

The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitoring existing processing and helping to develop new processes
- Manage process improvement projects and work cross functionally with different business units to ensure the implementation of these projects
- Recognize areas of improvement and coordinate ways to improve the processes
- Identify areas for improvement in the facility and apply LEAN, Six Sigma and other methodologies to drive change
- Develop, implement, and uphold operational KPIs and SOPs to maximize productivity
- Hire, train, and coach employees as future leaders of the business
- Make sure that process and procedures are complying while meeting company objectives
- Facilitate Kaizen events to drive improvements in the facility
- Share best practices with other company locations
- Work with performance meetings and providing methods to improve company performance
The Process Improvement Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of Process Improvement experience
- Functional knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
- LEAN/Six Sigma Certifications
- Experience working with stakeholders from FDA and other regulatory bodies
- Experience leading Business Process Improvement projects
- Process Improvement experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Proven change management experience; CapEx or other project management experience a plus
