Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join a Leading Multinational manufacturing company based in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the procurement process aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- This is a critical role that requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining product quality and on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and industry trends in the electronics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving cost savings and favourable contractual terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP and procurement software systems.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
