Company Summary:
A global leader in Consumer Goods is looking for a Procurement Operations Manager. This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring ERP systems and procedures and optimized, and implementing P2P processes and systems. This position has the ability to grow, develop, and influence within the company and is highly collaborative within cross-functional teams.
The Procurement Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Implementing and improving Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including maintaining pricing catalogues, reviewing Purchase Orders, and tracking KPIs
- Supporting Sourcing Strategies to minimize total cost of ownership
- Support supplier relationships and risk management to ensure a strong supply base
- Project management and process improvement through contracting, sourcing, purchasing and category management
- Leading a growing team of buyers and analysts
The Procurement Operations Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's or higher is preferred
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within a Global Supply Chain
- Experience implementing P2P processes
- JDA or SAP knowledge is preferred
- Experience leading a multi-person team
- Analytic experience and use of ERP/MRP systems
- Success in improvement and optimization efforts
