- New product sales forecast.
- VM directives/ plannograms.
- Guide sales team on model stock, implementation, inventory management, in-store sales strategies.
- Competitive Pricing Analysis.
- Report sales & stock performance, market & customer insights, trends.
- Event/VIP stock management.
- Product marketing materials (name, story) & sales support tools.
- Training product strategies and selling focus, unique selling points, competitor & consumer trends.
- Product photography & e-catalogue.
