The Role
- The Senior Manager is a leading role of Product Management and Marketing for one of the worldwide, well-known audio brand who will directly report to Senior Director of Product Strategy and Planning Manager, The main duty as Involving with Product Strategy and Product planning, Developing and Executing the Portable Audio Products based on the business plans.
- As an innovator, you have to drive leadership in category by defining products for producing or leaving out. Make sure the products are at forefront of technological trends and implications.
- Present product plan with company value proposition which including consumer friendly, market realistic, creative.
- Strong awareness of global consumer electronic markets and define our target customers.
- Master the entire lifecycle process in particular strong project management skills to make sure initial product creation milestones happen on time to enable successful product launches in appropriate regional Introduction windows.
- Connect with regional commercial colleagues, program management and engineering team. Give them suggestions. Ensure everyone collaborate seamlessly to achieve the company goal!
- Maximise the company advantage into the products. Work closely with brand management teams regarding the marketing plan.
- Experience of product management in Electronic industry
- Have launched multiple products into market and make them succeed
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing-related
- 10+ years or above of International marketing communications experience
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
- Experience in product management and marketing
- Strong Technical competence to influence and maximise product architecture decisions
