With large growth plans, lead by a large portfolio of new product developments, this client is searching for a talented professional, experienced within highly-regulated environments, to join their central quality function. This position will champion Product Quality and Compliance within multiple areas of the product portfolio, collaborating closely with all internal stakeholder from both the product development and manufacturing operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause analysis and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) activities for non-conformities, collaborating closing with internal stakeholders from Engineering, R&D, E2E Supply-Chain
- Work closely with Compliance in the revision of Quality standards and programs
- Manage the reporting and information sharing processes for material & product non-conformities for all product groups, providing corrective action recommendations across all functions internally, and to manufacturing subcontractors
- Conduct trend analysis on material and product performance from the earliest stages of product development
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to manage QA laboratory testing & certification
Requirements
- Experienced Quality professional within either Product Development or Serial Production environments
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) would be a benefit, having worked in highly regulated environments
- Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple open tasks with different functions
- Fluent English speaker
- Highly competent with CAPA, risk assessment and deviation processes
- Adaptable professional, with willingness for international travel
