Quality Compliance Manager
Leading Oil and Energy Company, looking for a Quality Professional to join their team in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas site. This individual will lead a team to ensure proficiency and collaborate with Leadership to mitigate tasks throughout the facility
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Establish and Coordinate rules and Procedures, resolve quality related
- Work with leadership team to ensure individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance
- Develop plans and procedures for team including Management Action Plans
- Collaborates with management (internal audits, working with inspectors, risk management, etc.)
- Provides guidance to all employees, supervision and Internal Quality Auditors on all matters related to product quality
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Manage inspectors, technicians and other staff
- Responsible to enhance product quality
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Must have bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
- Manufacturing background, Oil and Gas preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Role
- Extensive Knowledge of ISO 9000 Standards
- API Audit experience
